Origins of the Concept Store - Chef Onno Stijl has always strived for an eloquent dialogue between his sunny Provencal dishes and the region’s well-balanced wines.  Moreover, this Concept Store sprang from love at first sight. Onno explains further. “I adore the power of taste that is brought by vines that have to struggle to get the best from their clay and chalky ground. That is exactly why I imagine the wines of Château Miraval to be equated to an elegant and refined lady, with an embracing but subtle surprise, possessing a vivid and powerful character that makes her irresistibly stand out.”

Why this Concept Store? - Since the château of Miraval became a private residence, the charm of buying wines at the domain was lost.  As of now, L‘Auberge du Parc is therefore honoured to welcome lovers of wine and gastronomy alike, in a new point of sale at the heart of the Restaurant.  “Enjoy my renowned kitchen, elevated by the subtlety of these extraordinary wines!”
